About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in IT Infrastructure & Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, client acquisition, and managing large accounts, with strong exposure to IT services and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to design and propose solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business development / enterprise sales.
- Strong background in IT Infrastructure / Digital Transformation / Cloud / Managed Services.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-value deals.
