We are looking for a Senior Manager Broking who will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners for our advisory portfolio offerings, including broking partners and authorized persons (APs). The role involves driving business growth, managing relationships, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets through strong partner engagement in the Mumbai region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new partners to expand the advisory portfolio offerings.
- Onboard 5075 partners with an AUM target of 2530 Crores annually.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Drive revenue through effective management of partner networks.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell advisory and PMS products.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of equity broking, financial products, and advisory offerings.
- Provide guidance to partners to enable business growth.
- Actively visit partners across the city (Mumbai) to strengthen relationships and explore business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to support decision-making.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Work Experience: 3-5 years in equity broking, advisory products, or related financial services.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in managing channel partners.
- Strong knowledge of equity broking/advisory/PMS products.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai.
