The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Brand Partnerships professional with a strong media industry background to own and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands how brands want to show up in culture todaythrough creators, communities, and contentand can translate that into strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand partnerships to meet revenue targets.

- Identify highpotential brands, agencies, and marketing leaders aligned with our offerings.

- Drive endto-end new business development, from outreach to deal closure.

Strategic Outreach

- Connect with brand decisionmakers, marketing heads, and agency partners.

- Lead outreach initiatives to introduce creatorled marketing solutions.

- Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to develop compelling pitches.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate campaigns, longterm partnerships, and branded content collaborations.

- Ensure agreements align with both client goals and business objectives.

Relationship Management

- Cultivate longterm relationships with key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and pitch decks.

- Drive repeat business and ongoing collaboration.

What Were Looking For

- 8+ years of ad sales / brand partnerships experience at a media company or agency.

- Proven track record in selling content solutions, influencer campaigns, or advertising slots.

- Strong network and connections with brands and agencies across India.

- Experience in developing leads through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship building.

- Ability to craft professional presentations and compelling proposals to close sales and exceed goals.
