Senior Manager/AVP - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview:

Looking for a strategic and analytical finance professional to partner with leadership on business performance management, reporting, strategic initiatives, and decision support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor business KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and performance reviews

- Lead strategic projects and support cross-functional business initiatives

- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-making

- Prepare executive-level presentations and leadership review decks

- Translate complex data into clear business narratives

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team

Ideal Candidate:

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution

- 4- 9 years of experience in Business Planning, FP&A, Analytics, Consulting, or related roles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and reporting/BI tools

- Strong stakeholder management experience with leadership teams

- Prior experience leading teams is preferred
