
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategy engagements for automotive clients, including market entry, growth strategy, and business transformation initiatives. Drive B2B and B2C sales transformation programs, focusing on revenue acceleration, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience enhancement.
- Design and implement innovative business models, optimizing cost structures and improving profitability.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including technology adoption, analytics-driven decision-making, and process automation. Originate and manage new business opportunities, including proposal development, deal structuring, and client solutioning.
- Own and manage account financials, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimization, and financial discipline. Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to define objectives, track progress, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of consulting engagements. Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to provide data driven insights.
- Present strategic recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps to CXO level stakeholders. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building within the consulting practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 14+ years of experience with strong exposure to the Automotive industry.
- Proven background in management consulting with experience in strategy and transformation engagements.
- Expertise in sales acceleration, business model innovation, cost optimization, and digital transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, account financials, and key commercial processes.
