Role Overview
Simpli5Sales is looking for a high-impact, revenue-driven sales leader to accelerate growth across Mid-Market and select Enterprise accounts in the SaaS TMS Domestic market space. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional who combines strong individual contribution with early-stage team enablement experience. The ideal candidate has successfully sold complex SaaS solutions to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction enterprises and understands multi-stakeholder enterprise sales dynamics. You will own revenue growth, influence CXO-level decision-makers, and play a pivotal role in scaling Simpli5Sales's go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Segment Expansion:
- Drive revenue expansion across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction enterprises with - 300- 1,000+ Cr turnover in the Domestic market.
- Identify high-potential accounts and design structured account penetration strategies.
- Build and maintain a high-quality, conversion-ready pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
Revenue Ownership & Growth:
- Own new business acquisition and ARR growth for the assigned segment.
- Deliver consistent YoY revenue performance.
- Execute a disciplined, metrics-driven sales process covering prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Manage deal sizes starting - 25 Lakhs and above.
Strategic Selling & GTM Execution:
- Translate company GTM strategy into actionable sales plans for the mid-market segment.
- Drive consultative selling by aligning Simpli5Sales's value proposition to customer pain points and measurable ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to improve deal velocity and win rates.
- Position Simpli5Sales as a strategic logistics transformation partner - not just a software vendor.
- CXO Stakeholder Management. Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Logistics Heads, Procurement Leaders, and IT stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities.
- Drive multi-threaded engagement in enterprise accounts.
Team Enablement & Performance Governance:
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable.
- Track KPIs including pipeline coverage, deal velocity, conversion ratios, and forecast accuracy.
- Drive accountability through structured pipeline reviews and performance monitoring.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Feedback:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Provide structured market feedback to leadership to influence product roadmap and GTM improvements.
Skills & Qualifications Education:
- Engineering degree
- MBA (Preferred)
Experience:
- 8+ years of B2B software sales experience (SaaS preferred).
- Prior exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, ERP, TMS, or Enterprise Technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
