Highlight of the engagement opportunity.

Nature of role: Full time, fully work from office.

Role description:


This is a leadership role, managing content writers and creative teams to deliver marketing programs for internal & external audiences.

Acies provides cutting edge software & services for BFSI customers, and our marketing programs cover both online (social media, website, blogs etc.) and offline (i. print media, events, analyst relations etc.) channels.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced marketer with a sales & ROI-driven mindset, and a proven ability to design and coordinate marketing campaigns across channels.

Experience required:

- 7+ years of strong B2B marketing experience across South Asia, Middle East, Europe, US etc.

- 3+ years in a marketing leadership role, coaching and managing high-performance teams.

- Marketing experience must be in the B2B space, preferably around software or services directed at the BFSI segment.

- B2C marketing experience is not relevant for this position.

- Familiarity with software tools used, incl. CRM, graphic design & video editing software etc.

- Knowledge of how banks, NBFCs & insurers operate and role of various departments.

Educational qualification: Graduate or Post-graduate degree.

Language requirements: Ability to write & speak fluently in English and Hindi (desirable).

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in WIX website design and no-code development.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor customizations on WIX.

- Experience with Python for data analytics and scripting on no-code platforms.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics tools.

- Ability to use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva for creating visual assets.

- Strong design sense and creativity to produce visually appealing websites and application interfaces.

- Ability to create on-brand marketing visuals, banners, and interactive assets to enhance user engagement.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret website and campaign analytics.

Other important information:

- Work permit requirements: Indian Citizen or holding a valid work permit to work in India.

- Period of engagement: Full-time.

- Probation period: 6 months.

- Leave: 22 working days a year.

- Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:
