Senior Manager/Associate Director - Finance Transformation Practice

Role Overview :

As a key member of our Finance Transformation practice, you will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership, helping modernize finance operations through process optimization, technology enablement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end transformation across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, identifying automation opportunities and driving operational efficiency.

- Develop target operating models, future-state process blueprints, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

- Champion the adoption of digital enablers including ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle), RPA, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and EPM solutions.

- Partner with cross-functional teams - including IT, shared services, and business units - to ensure seamless solution design, testing, and deployment.

- Lead change management efforts to drive user adoption and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

- 1014 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or shared services, preferably within large global organizations or Big 4 firms.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-geography finance transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.

- Deep functional expertise across R2R, O2C, and P2P processes with strong understanding of financial controls and compliance.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex organizational structures.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and emerging technologies like AI/ML, RPA, and Power BI.

- Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
