
Work Experience: Min 10 plus years of experience in L&D and OD (preferably center of excellence or Corporate functions)
Critical skills /experience expected:
- Detailed experience of designing and executing L&D programs across multiple modes (ILT / VILT)
- Experience of facilitating training programs upto mid level managers
- Experience of working on large scale OD initiatives
- Adept at managing senior level stakeholders
- Understanding of instructional design and should have worked closely with external learning partners
- Has a flair for content writing and should have articulate communication and presentation skills.
Role Purpose: Designing and driving L&D and OD interventions in line with Organisational priorities.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Understanding the business requirements and designing appropriate learning interventions
2. Design and Coordination of end to end training cycle implementation through external / internal learning resources across learning formats
3. Content creation, curation and facilitation for specific learning interventions
4. Driving large scale project management for OD interventions as per business needs like competency frameworks, 360 feedback, etc.
5. Driving leadership development initiatives
