Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management:
Onboarding & Induction:
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding ensuring seamless experience and timely completion of documentation.
- Coordinate system credential creation and tool access (ZingHR, Bravo, Insurance, BIWU).
- Oversee 6-month confirmation process including follow-ups and documentation.
Exit Management:
- Process resignations and manage workflows in ZingHR.
- Handle exit formalities, final documentation, and account deactivation coordination.
- Share full & final settlement inputs with finance and release relieving letters within timeline.
2. HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance:
- Manage monthly leave and attendance including LWP validation, escalations, and system updates.
- Validate payroll inputs: reimbursements, Sodexo, insurance changes, contractor workforce attendance (TalentPro).
- Drive statutory compliance actions - EPF, Gratuity, Labour Law coordination with vendors.
- Ensure compliance through ISMS audit support, Finance Internal Audit (GKAS), and Payroll Audit cycles.
- Track HR budget, vendor billing, and monthly HR expenses.
3. Performance Management & Capability Building:
- Manage the annual performance cycle-tool setup, timelines, communication, and closure.
- Support calibration discussions and ensure fairness and transparency in PMS.
- Coach leaders on feedback, performance conversations, and capability development.
4. HR Systems, Digital Tools & Analytics:
- Lead adoption and optimization of HR systems (ZingHR, Bravo, Brainier, Insurance portals).
- Partner in HR digital transformation projects, automation, and process standardization.
- Build HR dashboards and insights to support business decision-making.
- Drive AI-enabled enhancements within HR workflows (use cases, pilots, efficiency improvement).
5. Culture, Engagement & Recognition:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives including festivals, wellness sessions, TOS annual event, and annual outing.
- Manage birthday, milestone, and personal event communications.
- Lead recognition programs: Annual recognition campaigns, monthly recognitions, Half-Yearly & Annual RnR Awards.
- Manage GPTW timelines, vendor interactions, surveys, and post-survey actions.
6. Policy Governance & Risk Management:
- Manage HR policies-drafting, reviewing, updating, communicating.
- Ensure adherence to statutory policies, audit frameworks, and organizational HR governance.
- Represent HR in internal committees as required (BCP, POSH, etc.).
7. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Own HR communication calendar and manage corporate HR mailbox.
- Partner with leaders, business teams, admin, and finance for smooth HR functioning.
- Lead vendor management across HR tools, wellness, insurance, compliance, and recognition partners.
- Manage Townhall logistics, communication, and execution.
