Key Responsibilities:

1. Policies, Procedures & Compliance

- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and best practices for expats and nationals.

- Conduct periodic reviews of policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to local and international labor laws across all office locations in India and International Operations.

2. HRMS Implementation & Management

- Lead the implementation of the HR Management System (HRMS), ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes.

- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure HRMS meets the organization's needs.

- Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HRMS usage.

- Monitor and evaluate system effectiveness, recommending updates as needed.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

- Oversee the entire Performance Management Cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct monthly performance reviews and discussions with department heads.

- Work with leadership to set performance KPIs, provide coaching, and ensure transparent evaluation processes.

- Implement continuous performance feedback mechanisms to enhance productivity.

4. Compensation & Benefits Standardization

- Review, analyze, and benchmark the existing compensation and benefits structure.

- Develop and implement a standardized compensation framework across different locations.

- Ensure fair and competitive pay structures that align with industry standards and company goals.

- Monitor employee benefits programs and recommend enhancements.

5. International HR Operations

- Manage HR processes across multiple international offices, ensuring consistency and compliance.

- Develop and implement country specific and global HR policies that align with local labor regulations.

- Support expatriate employees with relocation, visa processing, and cultural integration.

- Partner with local HR teams in different geographies to address region-specific HR challenges.

6. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of top talent.

- Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

- Streamline and enhance the onboarding process to improve employee experience and retention.

- Implement best practices for employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition.

7. Travel Desk Management

- Oversee the corporate travel desk operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements.

- Manage travel policies, vendor relationships, and employee travel safety protocols.

- Ensure smooth coordination of visa processing, ticketing, and accommodation for employees.

- Work closely with finance and audit dept to track and optimize travel expenses.

8. Stakeholder Engagement & HR Strategy

- Engage with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders for periodic HR reviews and decision-making.

- Develop and present HR analytics and reports for management insights.

- Drive HR management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 12 -15 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.

- Expertise in HR policies, HRMS implementation, PMS, and compensation & benefits.

- Strong understanding of labor laws (local & international).

- Experience managing international HR operations.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

- Proficiency in HR software, HR analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Analytical cum Solution Oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD)

- Experience in multi-country HR management

- Knowledge of advanced HRMS platforms

Education - Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, from a pioneer B school (Cat - A)
