
Senior Manager / AGM/ GM - HR
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across levels
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with the company's mission and goals.
- Develop and implement an efficient, engaging onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive experience and feel integrated from day one.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the main point of contact for all employee queries, concerns, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct activities that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Keep a very interactive and open forum for employees while being a part of the system
3. Performance Management:
- Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems and ensure feedback is constructive, timely, and actionable.
- Identify learning and development opportunities to enhance the skill sets and performance of employees.
4. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure the company remains in full compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits management, and leave administration.
5. Culture & Leadership Support:
- Partner with the leadership team to drive the company's culture, ensuring alignment between business goals and employee experiences.
- Enhance HR best practices at the organizational level
- Help foster a collaborative and innovative work environment in line with the company's values and vision.
