Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced International Sales professional to drive business growth across Western developed markets (US, EU, UK). The role focuses on new customer acquisition, overseas market development, key account management, and end-to-end ownership of international sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new international customers through cold calling, emails,networking & exhibitions.
- Develop and expand overseas markets with focus on US, EU & UK
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle - pricing, negotiations, contracts, order execution & after-sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with profitability focus.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs; coordinate exhibitions & promotions.
- Conduct market & competitor analysis; define product positioning and pricing.
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular interactions and visits
- Coordinate with factory, quality & logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain CRM, customer database & periodic customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate | MBA / PG (Preferred)
- 10 12 years of B2B sales experience in Flexible Packaging industry
- 5 7 years handling Western developed markets (US / EU / UK)
- Strong exposure to Packaging / Flexible Packaging sales
- Experience working across time zones & international customers
