- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including owners, directors, project managers, structural engineers, and detailing leads.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through solution design, proposals, negotiation, and close, ensuring a smooth handover to implementation and customer success teams.

- Effectively communicate ROI, productivity gains, error reduction, and schedule benefits of SDS2, while addressing competitive comparisons and client objections.

- Maintain accurate, up- to- date records of accounts, contacts, activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM (Salesforce) and provide regular reporting to leadership.

- Understand client workflows, project requirements, and technology adoption challenges to recommend suitable BIM strategies and solutions.

- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Design Heads, BIM Managers, Project Directors, and technical stakeholders.

- Manage enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision-making processes.

- Solution Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

- Present and articulate the business value of BIM, OpenBIM, interoperability, and Digital Twin technologies.

- Conduct product presentations, solution workshops, and discovery sessions with prospective clients.

- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams for demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations.

- Work alongside project teams and BIM managers to ensure alignment with existing project workflows, standards, and file formats.

- Advise customers on BIM implementation strategies, collaboration frameworks, and digital transformation roadmaps.

- Market Development & Industry Engagement

- Participate in industry events, conferences, seminars, and networking forums to build market presence.

- Develop strategic partnerships with industry bodies, educational institutes, and ecosystem partners.

- Support marketing initiatives including webinars, case studies, thought leadership, and product campaigns.

- Mentor inside sales teams and contribute to sales enablement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Domain Expertise:

- Strong understanding of AEC industry workflows and project lifecycle.

- Deep knowledge of BIM methodologies, OpenBIM standards, and Digital Construction practices.

- Understanding of design coordination, clash detection, model collaboration, and project data management
