About the Role:
- Touchmark Descience Pvt Ltd is hiring senior leaders for its Architecture & Design Management function.
- The role goes beyond technical design execution and involves strategic project planning, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and leading design approvals for large-scale residential apartment & villa projects.
- The position is suited for professionals who can combine architectural expertise with managerial capabilities, ensuring design excellence, timely project delivery, and competitive positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage design planning, approvals, and execution for large-scale residential projects.
- Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to finalize concepts within set timelines.
- Drive design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and market benchmarks.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend market-relevant designs, layouts, and master plans.
- Oversee project feasibility studies, site analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide leadership to junior architects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project drawings.
- Present consolidated project reports and recommendations to senior management.
