Senior Legal Manager - Bank - LLB/LLM

Client is a well known pvt sector bank and is top rated among its peers on the NSE & BSE.

Key Responsibilities:

- To provide legal support to the various business verticals of the Bank on vetting, drafting and negotiating credit facility, security and ancillary documents to safeguard the interest of the Bank and to ensure legally secure documentation for the credit transactions of the Bank;

- To provide legal support to various business verticals of the Bank on vetting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising derivative agreements including ISDA, IM/VM Credit Support Annex, CDEA, GMRA agreements, forward contract agreement, amendment agreements;

- To provide guidance support required in various legal issues relating to the documentation (both credit and derivatives) function of the Bank to the Branches and various business departments;

- To liaise with external legal counsels /empanelled advocates for specific issues /contracts/documentation/legal advisory services as may be required and review the work done by them

- To provide assistance/contribution for completion of the projects that may be initiated by the legal department

Candidate specs :

- LLB / LLM

- Banking experience is a must.

- Exposure to derivatives contract documentation legal aspects.
