Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts - LLB/LLM

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse portfolio of high-value commercial contracts to ensure favorable terms and minimize legal exposure for the organization.

- Lead the end-to-end contract management lifecycle, implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency and turnaround times for internal stakeholders.

- Provide expert guidance on corporate law and regulatory compliance to support business expansion and operational stability across various jurisdictions.

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters by collaborating with external counsel to protect the company's assets and reputation.

- Develop and implement proactive risk management frameworks to identify potential legal bottlenecks before they impact business outcomes.

- Advise senior management on legal implications of strategic business decisions, ensuring all commercial activities align with corporate governance standards.

Required Skill set:

- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, with a deep understanding of the legal specific to the automotive industry.

- Exceptional ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice for non-legal stakeholders and executive leadership.

- A degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) from a premier institution, complemented by 9 to 15 years of professional experience in a corporate legal department or a top-tier law firm.
