Major Job Responsibilities: - Oversee organizational contract development and management activities and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance. - Review and drafting of IT and Non-IT agreements, Service agreements, license agreements, employment agreements, lease agreements, etc. - Drafting and review of legal notices. - Redlining of agreements, risk management, and data privacy. - Coordinating with the manager on the organization's legal compliances. - Review of documents, SOW, RFPs, and CTS. - Review of Insurance compliance. - Ensure the contracts and proposals are properly entered into the organizational database and securely maintained. - Negotiation with the clients and vendors. - Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussion and organizational needs and expectations. Essential Technical Skills Required: - Analytical and research skill - Searching for information online and offline - Drafting and managing different types of documents - Creating and delivering presentations. - Written Communication skills - Persuasive communication.
