About the Firm :

We are an established legal firm based out of GIFT City, focused on providing high-quality legal and regulatory advisory services to clients across financial services, IFSC entities, and corporates.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents including agreements, contracts, and policies

- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters (including IFSC regulations)

- Support in handling compliance and regulatory advisory for clients operating in GIFT City

- Assist in company incorporation, structuring, and documentation

- Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist in filings, approvals, and documentation

- Support senior lawyers in transaction advisory, due diligence, and client deliverables

- Maintain proper documentation and case records

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-7 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory setup

- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws

- Exposure to financial service/IFSC/regulatory frameworks will be an added advantage

- Excellent drafting and legal research skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Educational Qualification :

- LL.B (Mandatory)

- LL.M or relevant specialization (preferred)
