Senior Legal Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial and non-commercial contracts across jurisdictions

- Provide legal advice on corporate law, policy matters, and operational issues

- Support ESG compliance and assist in implementing ESG frameworks and roadmaps

- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities; communicate legal opinions internally

- Manage the organization's Intellectual Property portfolio

- Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer on privacy matters and Data Processing Agreements

- Stay updated on IP, open-source, and data protection regulations

- Advise HR on employment law and review company policies for legal compliance

- Conduct legal research and develop workflows, playbooks, and trackers for process improvement

- Oversee legal and secretarial compliance for the company and its subsidiaries

- Assist with administrative tasks and present legal summaries to resolve issues effectively
