Hiring: Senior Leadership Role - Fundraising & Investor Relations (Private Markets)

- A fast-growing alternative investment platform is seeking a high-caliber Leader for Fundraising & Investor Relations to drive global capital formation and build deep relationships across institutional investors, family offices, UHNI's, and global capital allocators.
- This is a rare senior opportunity for someone who understands private credit, private equity, fund structures, and institutional-grade investor engagement - and is ready to shape the fundraising strategy of a rapidly scaling alternatives firm.
What You Will Lead?
- Drive the capital raising strategy across private credit, co-investment, and multi-asset mandates
- Manage relationships with domestic & global investors - family offices, UHNIs, HNIs, sovereign funds, pension funds, fund-of-funds, institutions
- Lead the full fund raising lifecycle - strategy, marketing, DDQs, negotiations, and final close
- Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, road shows & global forums
- Partner with investment, legal, finance & compliance teams to align capital raising with deployment strategy
- Build best-in-class investor communication, reporting, and engagement practices
- Provide insights on investor sentiment, competitive landscape & capital flows
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Institutional Sales, or Capital Formation
- Strong network across FOFs, institutional investors, family offices, UHNIs, HNIs
- Proven success in raising capital for private credit / private equity / alternative investment strategies
- Deep understanding of fund structures, LP requirements & private market dynamics
- Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in lean, high-growth environments
