
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT infrastructure and networking solutions.
- Understand customer business needs, IT environments, and technical requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Work closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with project delivery, support, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct regular account reviews, performance check-ins, and renewal discussions.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in IT infrastructure, networking, data center, cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
- Analyze competitor offerings and provide strategic input for positioning solutions.
- Participate in technology events, industry conferences, and customer briefings.
