We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources for our financial services company. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations tailored to the needs of the broking industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and SEBI-related HR guidelines, with a passion for driving employee engagement and fostering a performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and performance management systems in compliance with labor laws and SEBI HR guidelines
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and professional development aligned with broking industry requirements
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive structures to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism
- Support senior leadership in workforce planning, retention strategies, and cultivating a high-performance culture
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, SEBI regulations, and HR best practices
- Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to design and deliver employee engagement and training programs
- Proficiency in payroll management and HRIS tools
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
