Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational, warehouse, and support roles. - Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement processes. - Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. - Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR policies. - Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture. - Drive performance reviews and support training & development efforts. - Maintain accurate HR records and update internal HR systems. - Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.
