We're hiring for the profile of Senior HR Manager - APAC for Mumbai location

Educations/Experience: Degree in HR with 8+ years of exp in HR experience (Generalist or COE) across APAC

Budget: 50-60 LPA (including variable)

Industry preferred: Any

MUST: Regional experience coming from multinational company is highly preferred

Tasks & Responsibilities

1) This is a COE function and the role will be responsible for the overall successful implementation and sustainability of projects and spearhead key strategic HR processes and initiatives for the region. The role reports into the HR Director for APAC while working closely with Country MDs and Country HR Heads.

2) Responsible for overseeing implementation of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) - Success Factor. This role partners closely with Country HR, Global Project Team, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth system rollout, data integrity, process alignment, and successful adoption across the organization.

3) HR projects management and ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business, compliance, and operational requirements.

4) Oversee and drive C&B, Job Grade and Performance Management structure across APAC

5) Be the lead for key APAC HR process alignment

6) Lead special HR-related APAC projects

7) Preparation of reports and presentations

8) Execute on implementation plans for regional projects

9) Spearhead or be involved in projects that may cut across countries and regions

10) Work with key stakeholders to influence and bring about change and transformation

Skills & Qualifications

1) Regional experience coming from multinational company is highly preferred

2) Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities is crucial

3) Personal skills:

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments

- High resilience quotient

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Self-driven with a high level of initiative

4) IT: Knowledge and proficient use of IT-systems within the area of responsibility

- HR Software System

- MS Office knowledge

- Excel skills (pivot tables)

- PPT

5) Proven experience managing HRIS implementation or system rollout projects.

6) Experience with standard office software
