We are partnering with a high-growth organization at a pivotal stage of its journey to hire a Senior HR Leader. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-evolving environments and enjoys building from scratch while driving meaningful business impact.
This is a build-and-scale mandate, not a steady-state role. The individual will play a critical role in shaping the people agenda, establishing strong HR foundations, and partnering closely with business leaders to enable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and scale HR systems, processes, and SOPs from the ground up
- Drive a strong performance-oriented culture aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership while remaining hands-on in execution
- Design and implement HR frameworks suited for a 110 stage / high-growth setup
- Strengthen organization capability across hiring, performance management, and employee engagement
- Support evolving org structures and enable scalable people practices
Candidate Profile :
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
- Proven experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred
- Strong exposure to distribution and channel-led business models
- Experience working in manufacturing-linked or frontline-heavy organizations
- Background across Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Packaged Goods, Consumer-Tech, or Food-Tech preferred
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategy with execution in dynamic environments
