Role Overview
We are hiring for a strategic and execution-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong Talent Acquisition (TA) expertise to support a high-growth Wealth Management business. The role combines deep HR business partnering with full-stack recruitment ownership, reporting directly to business leadership. You will also lead a small team and play a key role in shaping the talent agenda for the vertical.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with growth and operational objectives.
- Drive core HR processes such as performance management, succession planning, learning, and employee engagement.
- Provide advisory support on organization design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a performance-driven and inclusive culture.
- Leverage HR analytics to track engagement, attrition, and talent outcomes.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end hiring for all roles within the Wealth Management vertical.
- Build talent pipelines for niche and senior roles using direct sourcing, market mapping, and referrals.
- Ensure alignment with business needs and strong candidate experience.
- Engage with stakeholders to standardize hiring processes, reduce TAT, and improve quality of hire.
Candidate Profile
- Strong track record in talent acquisition (beyond operational TA roles).
- Prior exposure to BFSI / wealth management / private banking or financial services is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with senior business leaders.
- Experience in driving DEI and high-performance culture initiatives.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Availability to join early would be a plus.
