Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition - Prior experience in lateral Wealth hiring within the BFSI sector to effectively fulfill specialized talent requirements
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and policies to support employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR-related issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Job Requirement:
- Graduation is a must. Masters degree in Human Resources will add advantage
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Talent acquisition & HR business partnering.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives to drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influence decision-making.
- Should to ok to travel within Mumbai to visit branches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate HR concepts to diverse audiences.
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to drive insights and decision
