Job Description:
- Partner with business leaders to lead culture and employee experience initiatives that enable people to do their lifes best work.
- Use people data and insights to improve retention, engagement, and team health
- Be the go-to advisor for managers on performance, engagement, growth, and tough people conversations
- Run seamless people operations across onboarding, policies, employee lifecycle, and workplace administration.
- Drive performance cycles, talent reviews, promotions, and feedback practices that scale
- Build scalable HR processes, systems, and rituals for a fast-growing organisation
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of HRBP experience in high-growth, product-based startups
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people partnering skills
- Ability to drive culture, employee engagement, and team experience initiatives
