
Senior HR Business Partner
Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong expertise in IT talent acquisition and strategic stakeholder management. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and delivery leaders, driving workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes aligned with business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience hiring for IT Services / Digital Transformation environments and demonstrated capability in strategic business partnering beyond operational HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead end-to-end IT hiring strategy across multiple business units and delivery verticals.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce demand, budgeting, and capacity planning.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Own recruitment analytics (TAT, cost-per-hire, productivity ratios, diversity metrics) and present insights to leadership.
Strategic Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to Business Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Practice Heads.
- Align HR strategy with revenue goals, delivery performance, and margin optimization.
- Drive performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability development.
- Design and implement engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Lead complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution at senior levels.
HR Governance, Analytics & Transformation:
- Ensure policy governance, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.
- Leverage HR analytics to drive data-backed decision making.
- Support HR transformation initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement programs.
- Partner with L&D to build future-ready skills and leadership pipelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 to 16 years of HR experience with strong exposure to IT services/digital transformation environments.
- Proven expertise in mid to senior-level technical hiring.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing large-scale hiring across multiple technologies/practices.
- Strong understanding of PMS, talent management, engagement, and HR analytics.
