Senior HR Business Partner - Our client is a leading joint-venture player in the insurance space looking to hire a senior HRBP for its Mumbai location. - This is a Senior Manager HRBP role reporting to the CHRO. An individual contributor role with team management in future, based in Mumbai. key responsibilities: - Design & Implement HR Roadmap in consultation with CHRO, basis business transformation & leadership expectations - Identify key levers for employee experience and build success stories across them. - Drive HR Projects across (Compensation, Employee Development, Assessments, HR Systems, Benchmarking Practices etc.) - Work Closely with the Global team on implementing HR Roadmap - Build HR process - grade evaluation, C&B policies, PMS, engagement surveys, HRIS & psychometric assessment implementation, create STIPs - Drive Corporate HR projects related to TM, EE, HR applications, Drive and consolidate Employee Engagement, manage attrition & change management (launching value & behaviours in May - roadmap for next 18 months) - Facilitate the CHRO, the HR team & the business in establishing a COE structure, provide HR consulting advisory to the business and leadership - work with global teams (Regional HR in Hong Kong, Asia & Europe, - opportunity to travel to these place - for seminars & conferences) Ideal Candidate: strong HRBPs with experience in COEs structure, having experience in change management, HR Transition (HRIS - Darwin or SuccessFactors) - Strong Stakeholder Management & Business orientation - Knowledge about key HR trends - Analytical orientation - Good to have MBA (HR)
