Senior HR Business Partner
Description:
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. This role will play a critical part in scaling teams, building leadership capability, and strengthening culture in a fast-growing beauty company.
The ideal candidate brings strong HR fundamentals, a deep understanding of consumer-facing businesses, and the ability to partner with leaders in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and succession
- Support leadership capability building and high-potential talent development
- Talent & Performance Management
- Drive end-to-end performance management cycles, goal setting, and reviews
- Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and career development
- Identify and develop key talent across critical roles
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage employee relations issues with maturity, fairness, and business sensitivity
- Drive engagement initiatives and culture-building programs aligned with brand values
- Act as the voice of employees while balancing business priorities
- HR Operations & Policy Governance
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance
- Partner with COEs on compensation reviews, promotions, and rewards
- Support audits, statutory compliance, and governance as required
- Change & Scale Enablement
- Support change management initiatives during phases of growth, restructuring, or transformation
- Work closely with hiring managers to support rapid scaling and capability building
- Bring structure and process discipline to fast-moving business teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles
- Experience in beauty, FMCG, D2C, retail, or consumer brands preferred
- Strong exposure to sales, marketing, and commercial teams
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex people situations
