About the role:
The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with business leadership to drive organizational growth, people strategy, and cultural transformation across corporate and retail functions. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in HR business partnering within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business goals into HR priorities and implement scalable people solutions
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, job architecture, and succession planning
- Partner in recruitment to ensure high-quality and timely hiring
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a high-performance culture
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Drive HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
- Support policy development, process improvement, and HR governance initiatives.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of people sensitivity and emotional intelligence
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and dashboards
- Ability to work in agile, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environments
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience
- Prior experience in FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Goods, or startup environments preferred
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred.
- Experience in leading teams is an advantage.
