Role Purpose:
Act as a strategic HR partner supporting multiple corporate and portfolio businesses, driving end-to-end people processes, talent acquisition, engagement, and HR initiatives with a startup mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering:
- Act as CHRO-1 supporting multiple businesses.
- Partner closely with business leaders on org design, workforce planning, and capability building.
- Strong understanding of startup and promoter-led culture.
2. Talent Acquisition (Non-Negotiable):
- Own end-to-end recruitment (Tech & Non-Tech).
- Strategic recruiter mindset: sourcing, market mapping, offer closure.
- Work across businesses on capability mapping and leadership pipelines.
3. Employee Lifecycle & ER:
- Manage hire-to-retire cycle including onboarding, performance, exits, and ER.
- Own talent reviews, engagement initiatives, and culture building.
- Drive the engagement charter for the Mumbai office.
4. HR Projects & COE Contribution:
- Play a COE role based on individual strengths.
- Drive one strategic HR project per quarter across offices/businesses.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience.
- Mandatory startup experience.
- Strong execution-heavy HRBP background.
- Prior exposure to promoter-driven / fast-scaling organisations preferred.
