About the Role: Lead and manage end-to-end corporate legal functions for a leading digital infrastructure organization. Handle contracts, compliance, litigation, and policy formulation to ensure strong legal governance. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, service agreements - Manage legal notices, claims, and litigation - Build and implement compliance policies and maintain trackers - Partner with cross-functional teams to enable business goals - Support M&A transactions, incorporations, and cross-border expansions Ideal Profile: - 10-15 years' experience in corporate legal functions - LLB from a reputed law school - Strong background in contracts, compliance, and M&A - Experience in IT/Infrastructure/Telecom preferred - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days
