Senior General Manager/Associate Director - Nodal Operations

Role: Senior General Manager/ Associate Director - Nodal Operations

Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end management of law enforcement and regulatory cases (Police, Courts, RTO, Excise), ensuring timely resolution through a structured escalation framework and strong documentation practices.

2. Ensure timely acknowledgement, response, and closure of summons/notices, particularly high-risk matters (e.g., FIRs, criminal misuse, seizures).

3. Drive strategic field engagement, oversee multi-city team deployment, and act as the primary escalation point for sensitive agency interactions.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Dealer Management, and Operations teams to mitigate risk, strengthen governance controls, and prevent repeat incidents.

5. Own SOPs, reporting frameworks, and performance management to ensure operational excellence, compliance integrity, and leadership visibility on risk exposure.

6. Own and continuously enhance SOPs, playbooks, templates, and compliance controls for nodal operations.

7. Deliver structured reporting to senior leadership on case exposure, risk metrics, outcomes, and operational health indicators.
