Job Summary

The Senior Sr. GM/AVP/VP- Accounts is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving financial performance across various real estate projects and ventures under AIPL.

This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals to support growth and profitability.

- Compliance, Risk Management & Governance & Accounting: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Capital Management, Fundraising & Investor Relations: Manage relationships with banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and investors for project funding.

- Profitability & Cost Optimization & Financial Efficiency: Drive cost control measures across projects to enhance profitability.

- Financial Technology & Automation: Implement ERP systems for real-time financial tracking and reporting.

- Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence.
