About the Role:

This will be a fully remote opportunity, directly working for the US company. We are looking for a highly analytical and technically strong Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Modeling Expert to join a fast-paced, globally distributed team. This is a hands-on financial modeling role involving the development, review, validation, and optimization of complex end-to-end financial models across areas such as investment banking, valuation, private equity, strategic finance, risk, and corporate finance.

The role requires professionals who can independently build integrated three-statement models from scratch, perform advanced scenario and sensitivity analysis, and work on highly detailed financial problem-solving frameworks.

The role will involve close collaboration with leadership, finance experts, and technology teams to ensure model integrity, scalability, documentation quality, and technical accuracy. This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about deep financial modeling, structured problem-solving, and working in an intellectually challenging environment with significant ownership and autonomy.

Skills & Experience:

- 5-8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital - Corporate Finance, Strategic FP&A, Valuation Advisory, Transaction Services, Risk, Debt Capital Markets, Quantitative Finance, Structured Finance, or related domains

- Strong hands-on experience building complete integrated financial models from scratch

Expertise in:

- Three-statement financial modeling

- DCF valuation models

- Comparable company analysis

- WACC and cost of capital analysis

- Scenario and sensitivity analysis

- Revenue forecasting and financial projections

Advanced Excel skills with expertise in:

- Complex formulas

- Dynamic linked models

- Multi-sheet financial models

- Model structuring and documentation

Strong understanding of:

- Corporate finance

- Accounting principles

- Financial statements (IS/BS/CF)

- Valuation methodologies

- Experience reviewing, validating, debugging, or stress-testing financial models

- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills

- High attention to detail and ownership mindset

- Exposure to automation, data tools, or programming languages interacting with financial models would be an added advantage

- CFA / CPA or similar certifications preferred

- Experience mentoring analysts or reviewing modeling assignments/case studies is a plus
