Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Manager with deep expertise in hunting, B2B corporate sales, and large enterprise account management.
The role focuses on acquiring high-value enterprise clients, managing complex sales cycles, and maximizing revenue from strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise hunting and new client acquisition for large and strategic corporate accounts.
- Own and expand large enterprise accounts by unlocking their full revenue potential.
- Drive B2B and corporate sales involving complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Re-engage and win back lost or inactive enterprise clients.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, TA Leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Deliver consultative, solution-based sales aligned to enterprise hiring and branding needs.
- Lead negotiations and closures for high-value, multi-product enterprise deals.
- Define long-term account strategy, revenue forecasts, and growth plans.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, sales analysis, and strategic planning.
- Track market and competitor activity to influence enterprise sales strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers where required.
- Partner with internal teams to drive customer success and retention.
- Ensure strong governance and reporting on large account performance and health.
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate with 8-15 years of B2B / corporate enterprise sales experience.
- Strong track record in hunting, client acquisition, and large account management.
- Proven expertise in enterprise B2B sales and solution selling.
- Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Preferred background: HR Tech, SaaS, IT Services, Consulting, Media, BFSI, Telecom.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Highly performance-oriented with leadership presence
