Senior Enterprise Account Executive - B2B SaaS - US Market | High-Value Deals
About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the US market for a fast-growing B2B SaaS product. This is a full-cycle sales role with ownership from discovery to close, working closely with CXO-level stakeholders (especially Finance leaders).
You will play a key role in winning enterprise deals, shaping GTM strategy, and building scalable sales motions in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls and product demos, tailored to enterprise customer needs
- Lead and manage complex pilots/POCs, coordinating with internal teams (Engineering, CS, Solutions)
- Build strong relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads, and CXOs
- Drive negotiation and closure of high-value enterprise deals
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene
- Contribute to GTM strategy and product feedback as the voice of the customer
- Mentor junior AEs and support team capability building
Ideal Candidate Profile- 4 - 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with strong exposure to the US/North America market
- Proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals (deal size $50K+ / annual targets $1M+)
- Strong experience in full-cycle enterprise sales (discovery demo pilot negotiation closure)
- Experience selling to Finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Heads, Controllers, etc.)
- Background in FinTech / Billing / ERP / AuditTech / Finance-focused SaaS products preferred
- Strong expertise in consultative / solution-based selling
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Location Requirement- Candidates must be based in the US or Canada (Remote role)
