Senior Director - Corporate Hiring / Shared Services Hiring (Global Role)

Location: Bangalore, India

Function: Talent Acquisition - BPO/BPM

Reports To: VP - Global TA

Role Overview

The Senior Director - Corporate Hiring / Shared Services Hiring will lead the end-to-end global talent acquisition strategy for corporate functions and shared services across multiple geographies (India, PHP, Americas). This role drives hiring excellence for senior leadership, domain specialists, corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, Compliance), and enterprise shared services for a large-scale BPO/BPM organization.

The position requires a strategic TA leader with a strong understanding of high-volume hiring, niche leadership hiring, global delivery models, SLA-driven recruitment, stakeholder management, and team development in a rapidly scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Define and lead the global hiring strategy for corporate functions and shared services, aligned with business growth and workforce planning.

- Build and execute long-term talent acquisition plans to support transformation, digital capability expansion, and global centers of excellence.

- Partner with C-level leadership to forecast talent needs, workforce mix, and hiring priorities across regions.

Corporate & Shared Services Hiring

- Lead hiring for all corporate domains including Finance, HR, L&D, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, Procurement, and Transformation.

- Oversee shared service hiring for operations, PMO, RPA/automation, digital, WFM, quality, transitions, and support roles.

- Manage global leadership hiring (Director, VP, SVP level) through direct sourcing, executive search, and strategic talent pipelines.

Global Recruitment Operations

- Build and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery models with defined SLAs, TATs, quality metrics, and compliance requirements.

- Drive optimized hiring processes across India, PHP, US ensuring consistency in global TA governance

- Lead global recruitment programs: Diversity hiring, university hiring, referral programs, project ramp-ups, hiring sprints, and talent pools.

Team Management & Leadership

- Lead a large global TA team, including managers, recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators.

- Build capability through coaching, mentorship, performance management, and succession planning.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on delivery, quality, and stakeholder partnership.

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

- Serve as a trusted advisor to business heads, COE leaders, and global HR leadership.

- Drive effective communication, executive-level reporting, and insights on hiring trends, risks, and talent market intelligence.

- Collaborate with Finance, HRBP, Compensation, and Shared Services teams to ensure smooth hiring cycles.

Process Optimization & Technology

- Optimize hiring lifecycle using ATS systems (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, etc.).

- Leverage analytics to drive data-based hiring decisions, forecasting, and reporting dashboards.

- Implement automation, recruitment marketing, and digital sourcing tools to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-fill.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure global hiring processes adhere to compliance frameworks: GDPR, local labor laws, and internal audit norms.

- Establish governance frameworks, documentation, SOPs, and quality checks throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12-18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 6+ years in leadership roles.

- Strong exposure to BPO/BPM, Shared Services, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

- Proven track record of driving global hiring across India, and US regions.

- Expertise in corporate hiring, niche skill hiring, and executive leadership hiring.

- Strong experience managing large TA teams and scaling recruitment for global operations.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive partnering skills.

- Deep understanding of hiring analytics, sourcing strategies, and automation.
