- Experienced in vendor sourcing, contract handling, and financial oversight

- Skilled in resource planning, issue resolution, and risk mitigation

Tools & Methodologies:

- Proficient in ALM, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite

- Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project models

- Developed QA metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting

Business & Communication Skills:

- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

- Strategic thinker with business acumen and a focus on quality-driven outcomes
