Senior Director - Project Controls - Construction

Job Description:

- Develop and lead the overall Project Controls strategy across the organization.

- Establish standardized frameworks, governance models, and best practices for Planning, Cost Control, Risk Management, and Project Reporting.

- Define project control policies, KPIs, and performance measurement systems to drive consistency across all projects.

- Act as the central authority for Project Controls, ensuring alignment with business objectives and executive priorities.

- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the Project Controls function.

- Provide portfolio-level oversight of ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and governance standards.

- Review project health, identify performance gaps, and recommend strategic interventions to senior management.

- Develop executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership reviews.

- Establish governance mechanisms, review forums, and stage-gate processes for effective project monitoring.

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide Project Risk Management frameworks.

- Oversee identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of commercial, contractual, financial, technical, and operational risks.

- Review project risk registers and ensure mitigation plans are effectively implemented.

- Lead schedule and cost risk assessments, including quantitative analysis and Monte Carlo simulations where applicable.
