Role Overview:

- The Sr. Director Finance will lead and oversee all financial operations for our Hyderabad operations, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic alignment with overall business objectives.


- This role acts as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to drive profitable growth.


- The Sr. Director will manage a large team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This position directly impacts the company's financial health and strategic decision-making, contributing to sustainable growth and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct all aspects of finance and accounting operations, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to senior management, offering insights and recommendations to optimize business performance and achieve financial targets.

- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with various departments to develop realistic and achievable financial plans.

- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proven ability to lead and manage large finance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.

- Deep understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes, with experience in optimizing these functions for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/CPA preferred.

- Must have 25-30 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant leadership experience.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- On-site presence in Hyderabad is required.
