- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)

Mandatory Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

- 6 - 8 years of experience leading finance teams.

- Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning

- MIS & Financial Reporting

- P&L, Cash Flow & Profitability Management

- Revenue Recognition & Financial Compliance

- Internal Controls, Audits & Risk Management

- ERP Implementation / Finance System Transformation

- Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

- Finance Operations (AR, AP, GL, Payroll, Taxation & Banking)

- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

- Drive business profitability through financial analysis and cost optimization.

- Oversee finance operations, compliance, audits, taxation, and internal controls.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition.

- Lead ERP implementation and finance process automation.

- Partner with business leaders to support strategic and financial decision-making.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
