About the Opportunity:
Our client is a rapidly scaling, venture-backed technology company operating at the intersection of advanced engineering, data, and mission-critical innovation.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, the company is building a leadership-grade finance function capable of supporting scale, operational excellence, strategic decision-making, and investor readiness.
This role represents a unique opportunity to partner closely with founders and senior leadership while building a modern Business Finance capability from the ground up.

- Build KPI frameworks and performance management mechanisms.
- Drive business reviews focused on insights, accountability, and execution.
Strategic & Commercial Finance:
- Evaluate profitability and economics of strategic initiatives, customer engagements, and growth programs.
- Support commercial decision-making, pricing discussions, and investment evaluations.
- Develop business cases for expansion initiatives and strategic projects.
- Partner with leadership on prioritization and capital deployment decisions.
Investor & Leadership Reporting:
- Support executive reporting, board reviews, and investor-related financial analysis.
- Assist with fundraising preparation, due diligence activities, and strategic finance projects.
- Develop scalable management reporting and business intelligence frameworks.
Finance Function Development:
- Build scalable planning and reporting processes suitable for a rapidly growing organization.
- Partner with the Finance Controller to ensure alignment between actual performance, forecasts, and business plans.
- Strengthen decision-support capabilities across the organization.

Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Commercial Finance.
- MBA from a reputed institution with demonstrated experience in business partnering and financial leadership.
- Candidates combining strong financial expertise with exposure to engineering-led, technology-led, or project-based businesses will be preferred.
- Experience working in high-growth, founder-led, venture-backed, or scaling businesses.
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with senior business leaders and influencing key decisions.
