- Optimize affiliate performance, payouts, fraud controls, and incremental revenue contribution
- Identify new growth experiments and scaling opportunities, including programmatic platforms
Data, Reporting & Budget Ownership:
- Own performance reporting across ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, CTR, conversion rates, and cohort performance
- Manage and optimize multi-crore monthly ad budgets with strict ROI discipline
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and performance best practices
Note: This is a hands-on individual contributor role with full ownership of both strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in revenue-led performance marketing

- Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of funnels, unit economics, and growth trade-offs
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
