Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Contract Review Management (12-20 yrs)

Role: Sr. DGM/DGM - Contract Review Management

Reports to: CEO

Qualification: CS + LLB.

- 10-12 yrs experience in manufacturing sector, similar role.

- Strong MS Office skills; experience with Contract Management Tool.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive contract review, finalization & risk mitigation for cable business (India & US).

2. Standardize contracts: tenders, NDAs, supply, teaming, warehouse, sales commission, long- term fixed price agreements.

3. Conduct monthly risk meetings; prepare MIS highlighting abnormal clauses & mitigation plans.

4. Handle legal disputes (supplier, customer, employee); manage compliance & insurance requirements.

5. Support US subsidiary secretarial work.

6. Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders; align contracts with business goals.

7. Develop risk assessment framework; continuous improvement initiatives.

8. Mentor & develop team; provide strategic support to Business Head.
