Senior Manager HR, Corporate

The Senior HR Manager, Corporate, is a strategic partner responsible for aligning human resources initiatives with overarching business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization. This role provides leadership in key HR functions, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and global HR operations, to ensure the effective use of human capital and compliance with all applicable labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Management System (PMS): Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of the company's performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans to drive a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.

- Training & Development (T&D): Identify organizational training needs, design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs (including leadership development) that bridge skill gaps and support employee career growth.

- Organizational Effectiveness (OE) / Talent & High Potential (THE): Develop and implement strategies for organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness. Drive initiatives to identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent and future leaders, ensuring a strong internal talent pipeline.

- Succession Planning: Lead the succession planning process for critical roles, ensuring leadership continuity and talent readiness across the organization.

- Employee Relations (ER) & HR Operations: Manage complex employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. Oversee daily HR operations, including data management, HR systems, and benefits administration, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

- Global HR Initiatives: Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders across different regions to ensure alignment of global HR strategies with local needs and compliance with international labor laws and regulations. Champion global diversity and inclusion initiatives
