Role Title: Senior Consultant = SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive SAP EWM Specialist to join our Enterprise Business Transformation practice. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, rollout, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions for enterprise global clients. You will bridge business warehouse operations with robust technical architecture, driving efficiency and automation across supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Implementation:

- Lead technical/functional discussions to design, configure, and deploy SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.

2. Core EWM Functional Design:

- Configure core EWM functionality including Inbound/Outbound Processing, Internal Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, Wave Management, Kitting, Yard Management, and Labor Management.

3. Integration Expertise:

- Ensure seamless interface integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (SAP MM, SD, PP, QM) as well as third-party Automation Systems (MHE/WCS).

4. Business Process Engineering:

- Conduct blueprinting workshops, map current warehouse workflows ("As-Is"), and establish optimized future state processes ("To-Be").

5. Customizations & Extensions:

- Define functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF objects), enhancements, BADIs, and warehouse RF scanner applications.

6. Testing & Deployment:

- Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing (UT/IT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, data migration (e.g., bin/stock master), and post-go-live hypercare support.

7. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with client business owners, cross-functional module teams, and technical developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus.

2. Experience:

- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM with at least 1 to 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementation projects and support/rollout experience.

3. Hands-on Technical Depth:

- Deep expertise in RF framework, POSC (Process-Oriented Storage Control), and LOSC (Layout-Oriented Storage Control).

- Strong working knowledge of S/4HANA Embedded EWM or Decentralized EWM on S/4HANA.

- Proficient in defining Warehouse Structure, Storage Types, Bin Types, and Putaway/Stock Removal strategies.

4. Consulting Aptitude:

- Excellent client-facing communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to translate complex operational bottlenecks into SAP standard/custom solutions.

Preferred / Good-to-Have:

- SAP EWM Certification (S/4HANA EWM).

- Exposure to automated material handling systems (S/4HANA MFS - Material Flow System) integration.

- Prior experience working in top-tier global consulting firms or system integrators.
